AIS-LLM integrates maritime vessel trajectory prediction, anomaly detection, and collision risk assessment into a unified, end-to-end framework, utilizing large language models (LLMs) to provide explainable forecasts. The framework achieves superior quantitative performance on real-world datasets, including a 16% improvement in trajectory prediction FDE and a 0.53 F1-score for anomaly detection, while generating coherent natural language explanations.
